WHAT TO EXPECT
Based on the size of the contact list you want to get skip traced, select the pricing option that best fits, and then click “Add to Cart”
We will provide contact information with industry leading accuracy for potential leads from the list you provide. 85-95% of fresh leads come back with a match and those matches are typically 80-90% correct depending on the age of the list and distress level of the lead.
We can provide a best number for each address or you can choose to receive up to 18 potential phone numbers based on mobile, landline or VOIP phones.
CHECKOUT, UPLOAD AND PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS:
We collect a minimum payment up front for the total quantity of addresses you want skip traced. Since we only charge for successful skip tracing, we will send a follow-up invoice for the difference once the skip tracing is complete. Please note that there is a minimum $50 charge for all skip tracing – regardless of the number of successful skip traces.
Once the minimum payment is processed you will have an option to upload a list as a .csv file. If you are also purchasing a list from Lead Llama, we will skip trace that list. Please be sure to include your email by registering as a new user with us.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOUR LIST
We need for you to submit a spreadsheet (.csv format preferably) with a Header Row and the following 4-6 sets of data:
We need, at a minimum: Mailing Address (not property address), Mailing City, Mailing State, Mailing Zip Code
For Best Results also include: Owner First Name, Owner Last Name
We have found that the best data our customers provide come from 1) Propstream 2) ListSource 3) Batch
Driving for dollars lists will not skip trace well.
